Team Member (Forklift Driver)

Proactively manage day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and effective delivery of materials and equipment. Responsible for inventory accuracy and proper material warehousing.

• Ensure the safe, efficient, and effective delivery of materials.

• Manage inventory in accordance with procedures, focusing on inventory accuracy.

• Operate complex mobile plant and equipment for quality and productivity.

• Manage transport of goods and supplies; recommend improvements for on-time delivery.

• Manage warehouse/stores, developing new procedures as required for storing and recording goods.

• Design own monthly work schedule and, if necessary, assign work to others.

• Maintain a strong understanding of chemical management and Chain of responsibility.

• Follow HS&E policies; instruct the team in safe working methods.

Key Technical Competencies

• Act as an authority on Storage optimisation and Logistics (moving and storing plant/equipment).

• Independently manage and apply safe systems of work (Health & Safety).

• Design, implement, and manage Inventory Management control systems.

• Expertise in Loading & Unloading optimisation.
